Cbre To Sell Malls In France, Belgium For $1.4b - Analyst Blog - Yahoo Finance

CBRE is expected to raise $1.4 billion (1.2 billion euros) through this divestiture. The real estate fund, for which CBRE was operating the malls, is slated to mature in 2015 and hence payment is due to investors. As a result, the firm has decided to divest the malls.
